WhatYou’ll Do
In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life—designing, pricing, and supporting beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
You’ll collaborate with clients and our team to take projects from concept to completion.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Creating landscape and hardscape plans using CAD or other design software.
- Preparing accurate estimates, take‑offs, and proposals for commercial projects.
- Reviewing and interpreting plans, specifications, and addenda for bidding and construction.
- Coordinating with vendors and our in‑house nursery manager to ensure accurate plant and material selections.
- Visiting job sites to confirm measurements and evaluate conditions.
- Supporting the install division with value‑engineering, revisions, and presentation materials.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.
- Degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in landscape design, estimating, or construction project coordination.
- Proficiency in design software and Microsoft Office (Adobe Suite or Aspire experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of plants, materials, and construction methods.
- A self‑starter with excellent organization, communication, and time‑management skills.

Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
