Practice details include:
- Lead and mentor a growing team of physicians, APPs, and oncology nurses
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and Duke Cancer Network experts
- Develop and launch new treatment services or community outreach initiatives in partnership with system leadership.
- Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm)
- Protected administrative time (8+ hours per week)
- Shared call schedule, 1:4 rotation for patient care needs through telephone calls
- EMR:
Cerner - Average Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
- 40% Oncology and 60% Hematology
- Sign-on Bonus: $50k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition.
- Base Compensation: 700k+ (flexible/negotiable) + Bonus Potential
- Student Loan Repayment:
Eligible for loan repayment assistance through the PSLF program, helping to manage and reduce student debt.
