Overview

Open Rank Psychiatrist - Inpatient Virtual. Fixed term faculty position to provide inpatient clinical assessments and treatment planning, with virtual care to inpatient individuals via the EPIC platform. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient well-being and recovery.

Position location:

North Carolina, US.

• Provide inpatient clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Teach and supervise fellows, residents, medical students, and other trainees from various disciplines.
• Deliver psychiatric care virtually via EPIC and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE).
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure.

• Strong clinical skills with experience in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and with substance use disorders.
