Brief Summary of Work for this PositionThe Student Records Clerk serves as the primary contact for transfer credit in the Office of the Registrar. Duties include accurate data entry of transfer credit by the given deadline, responding to all e-mails and voicemails related to transfer credit, and assisting the office with any transfer credit related issues. This position will also oversee any data entry performed by student workers and/or temporary employees.
Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Preferred Education, Professional Skills and ExperienceData entry/keyboarding skills and familiarity with computer applications are helpful for success in this position.
