Wilmington Seventh-day Adventist School in Wilmington, NC is seeking a dedicated, Christ-centered Principal/K–8 Teacher for the upcoming school year. This dual-role position provides instructional leadership while teaching in a multi-grade K–8 classroom, integrating biblical principles and Seventh-day Adventist values into daily learning, and fostering a nurturing, mission-driven school environment. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (administrative experience preferred), demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, and show a clear commitment to Adventist education.

• Provide instructional leadership while teaching in a multi-grade K–8 classroom
• Integrate biblical principles and Seventh-day Adventist values into daily learning

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (administrative experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Clear commitment to Adventist education
• Experience as a teacher at the middle school level (for a Seventh-day Adventist school context)
• Current NAD certification or eligibility for Conditional certification (or working towards certification)
• Legal right to work and reside in the United States
