The College of Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Arts is seeking temporary/part time faculty, for Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026, with the ability to teach in one or more of the following Humanities departments and disciplines:
* Communication Studies
* English
* Graduate Liberal Studies
* History
* Philosophy and Religion
* UNCW Gender Studies and Research Center
* World Languages and Cultures
The academic year includes:
* Summer 2025
* Fall 2025
* Spring 2026
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Undergraduate course teaching:
Masters degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
Graduate course teaching:
Terminal degree in the teaching discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
Those with equivalent verifiable professional experience, certifications, and licensures in the discipline may also be considered.
