Base Salary: NC Teacher Salary Scale plus local Board approved supplement. See chart below.

• 0‑4 years: $700 monthly / $7,000 annual
• 5‑9 years: $750 monthly / $7,500 annual
• 10‑14 years: $850 monthly / $8,500 annual
• 15‑19 years: $900 monthly / $9,000 annual
• 25+ years: $1,000 monthly / $10,000 annual
