Teacher - Exceptional Children

Do you:

  • have a passion for your content, the commitment to support student mastery of your content, and the critical thinking skills that will set our students up for success in college and beyond?
  • believe that potential, not zip code, should determine a student's trajectory for their future?
  • believe in the power of being a girl and that all students have the potential to graduate from high school, go to college, and succeed in life?
  • possess the willingness to collaborate with your colleagues and our school families, doing “whatever it takes,” to make our vision for our students a reality?

At GLOW Academy of Wilmington we focus on a “whole girl” education. We foster leadership, confidence, family support, and a rigorous college‑preparatory program. We emphasize leadership development, early college and career awareness, health and wellness, and expanded opportunities in science, technology, math, and the arts to ensure every girl succeeds and continues to college.
