Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington (GLOW) is seeking a part-time Teacher Assistant to support EC students in both general education and pull-out settings. The role reports to the EC Coordinator and offers 4 hours daily, from 8:00am to 2:00pm, with a total of up to 29 hours per week.
Salary is $16.07 per hour, starting August 11, 2026. Responsibilities include small-group work, collaboration with teachers on strategies and IEP progress, and maintaining student records and confidentiality.
