A well-established design-build firm in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their team. The role focuses on preparing detailed cost estimates and conducting field inspections for various projects in commercial and industrial sectors. Candidates should have a BS degree in a construction-related field and 3–5 years of estimating experience. Knowledge of Sage Estimating Software and other relevant tools is preferred, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to support project delivery.
