This role provides technical leadership and execution support for manufacturing and engineering projects that improve process readiness, scale‑up, and operational performance.
Qualifications- BS or MS in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, Ceramic Engineering, or another related engineering discipline
- 3–5+ years of engineering or related technical experience
- Strong problem‑solving, project management, and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Project Management certification
- Lean manufacturing training
15–20% within North America, with possible international travel depending on assignment.
CompensationThe range for this position is $97,542.00 – $, assuming full time status. Starting pay depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
