Job Description Job Description Description The Estimator will support the company’s New Systems and Systems Solutions Teams with a focus on pre-construction. Assisting the Project Managers in the planning and implementation of projects will be a large part of your day. Your background in computing costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements will be a huge asset for you. Coordinating projects, schedules, estimates, proposals, and communicating with stakeholders will also help round out what you will love about this role.
WhatYou’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of field or experience.
- Working knowledge of subcontractors and MEP experience.
- Analytical – You are a problem solver who can manage shifting priorities
- Detail-Oriented – Developing material and cost estimates of large projects is second nature
- Technical – Reading and interpreting technical documents are your thing
- Skilled – You love tools like Microsoft Office, Procure, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
- Traveler – Seeing new places across New England and the Northeast excited you
