Job Description

Role Summary

The Nuclear Lean Deployment & Transformation Leader will lead deployment of Lean principles, operational excellence initiatives and transformation activities across the Nuclear organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders, Lean leaders and operational teams to improve productivity, execution rigor, daily management and continuous improvement capabilities.

The role will support the development of a sustainable Lean operating system aligned with Nuclear business priorities and long‑term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deployment of the Nuclear Lean roadmap across Advanced Nuclear and Installed Base organizations
  • Coordinate and support Kaizen planning, execution and sustainment activities
  • Drive standardization of Lean tools, methodologies and operating mechanisms
  • Support implementation of Daily Management, Leader Standard Work and visual management systems
  • Facilitate value stream mapping and operational improvement initiatives
  • Drive Lean maturity assessments and support action planning to improve operational excellence
  • Partner with functional Lean leaders to align priorities, resource planning and execution
  • Support productivity improvement initiatives and tracking mechanisms
  • Help establish leading indicators and operational metrics to improve execution visibility
  • Facilitate Lean capability building and training activities across the organization
  • Support integration between Lean deployment, MOR processes and Hoshin Kanri priorities
  • Drive sustainment rigor to ensure long‑term impact of improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation Leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Lean transformation initiatives, including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, continuous improvement programs, waste elimination efforts, and deployment of Lean operating systems across manufacturing, operations, or engineering organizations.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $ and $. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
