Civil Engineer EIT/PE (Land Development) – Wilmington, NC

Salary: $80,000 – $140,000 per year, depending on experience and certifications.

• Act as lead engineer/designer for site development and/or water and wastewater projects.
• Produce construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater detention/retention, storm drainage, water and sewer, roadway, pump station, and force main design, including all associated calculations, reports, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with a team to develop detailed design documents for construction projects.
• Coordinate project submittals, facilitate regulatory agency approvals, and obtain construction permits.

• 4–8+ years of Civil/Land Development experience.
• EIT or PE License preferred.
• Strong background in site development, permitting, and construction estimating.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience designing projects from concept to construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, HydroCAD, Hydraflow Storm Sewer and Hydrographs, WaterCAD, AutoTURN, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and direct client interaction.
