We are seeking a Mechanical Designer or Mechanical Engineer with approximately 3–5 years of experience to join a growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on mission-critical facilities, data centers, or other technically complex building projects
.

This opportunity is open to candidates from either a mechanical design or mechanical engineering background, provided they have strong building mechanical/HVAC experience.

• Design and develop mechanical/HVAC systems for building projects, particularly mission-critical and data center facilities.
• Prepare engineering drawings, construction documents, specifications, and technical calculations
  .
• Assist with HVAC system selection, equipment sizing, load calculations, and system layouts.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, electrical, structural, plumbing, and other disciplines
  .
• Participate in project meetings with clients, contractors, architects, and engineering teams.
• Support BIM/Revit coordination and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Apply applicable building codes, ASHRAE standards, and engineering practices
  .
• Assist with site visits, field investigations, construction administration, and troubleshooting.
• Support senior engineers and project managers in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Perform quality control to ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and constructible.

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or mechanical design.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, data centers, healthcare, industrial, or complex commercial buildings
  .
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building mechanical systems
  .
• Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
  .
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and applicable building codes
  .
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and communication skills.
• Mechanical PE license is a plus and may impact compensation.
• EIT or progress toward PE is also a plus.

The anticipated salary range is $90,000–$120,000
