We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in Aspect dealer, UIP, and AQP systems. Experience with Amazon Connect, Avaya Workplace, SIP troubleshooting, and ITSM processes is required. Genesys framework integration experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining telecommunications systems
- Working with Aspect dealer, UIP, and AQP systems
- Troubleshooting SIP issues
- Integrating with Amazon Connect and Avaya Workplace
- Following ITSM processes
