JobOverview:
The Reliability Engineer will focus on equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement
. The role involves developing and optimizing risk-based maintenance strategies, analyzing equipment failures, supporting root cause investigations, and working with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.

Duration:Through March 12, 2027, with possible extension
Requirements:- 3+ years of engineering experience with a focus on Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
- Working knowledge of CMMS – SAP PM/MM preferred
- Knowledge of FMEA, RCM, Reliability by Design, PM Optimization, Root Cause Analysis & Failure Analysis
- Ability to read/review design drawings, P&IDs, HVAC and electrical systems
