• Repair and maintain building including games, simulators, and technical equipment.
• Assist guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating fun.
• Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and managers.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Smile and greet guests upon entering the midway.
• Assist guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, paying special attention to securing all ticket storage areas.
• Assist guests with all requests, answer questions as needed, and make recommendations.
• Bid farewell to guests leaving, ensuring everything was satisfactory and inviting them to return.
• Notify manager of any guest perceived to be unhappy.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
• Check for restocking of necessary supplies.
• Bring all areas up to standard.
• Discuss problem areas with manager.
• Review cleanliness and organization of the midway games, ensuring all games are clean and unobstructed.
• Properly position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales.
• Assist in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
• Efficiently and safely perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
• Assist with general store maintenance as directed by management.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate that promotes maximum morale, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends.
• Technical and/or electrical skills are preferred but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work off an extension ladder.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Salary Range: $7.25 - $13.25 per hour.
