Responsibilities
- Support commercial deals with financial analysis and trending
- Perform monthly reporting orders, commitments, convertible sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead business unit bi-weekly commitment and convertibility reviews
- Assist commercial teams in determining commercial finance risk solutions in deal offerings
- Assist in monthly forecasting reviews for commercial operations
- Lead reporting for Remaining Performance Obligations (RPOs)
- Provide day to day supervision for contractor resources supporting commercial finance operations
- Perform monthly pricing reporting analysis for Services parts organization detailing win/loss metrics
- Perform bookkeeping efforts for the Commercial operations and support leadership reporting requests
- Improve commercial finance processes using lean techniques
- Perform special projects for the commercial finance organization on an as needed basis
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2 years of work experience in related finance field
- Advanced Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills
- Proficient in problem solving and prioritizing
- Excellent project management skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient Excel skills
- Proficient financial reporting and data mining skills
