Live Oak Bank in North Carolina seeks a Special Assets Officer, Bankruptcy to manage bankruptcy filings and SBA workout activities across the Special Assets portfolio. You will coordinate with Legal, Loss Mitigation, and Loan Servicing to preserve the government guaranty and maximize recovery.
You will analyze cases, prepare proofs of claim, monitor motions, and track recoveries, staying current with Bankruptcy Code provisions and SBA SOP 50 57 servicing guidelines.
