- Leads oversight of profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of investment products
- Verifies that clients are provided with excellent customer service and expert assistance on assigned product matters by designated team members
- Oversees structuring changes of products or accounts and fosters strategic partnership between product management and portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements to illustrate lifetime income from annuity payments
- Prior experience in Advice Solutions (Accumulation, Decumulation and/or Wealth)
- Knowledge of TIAA’s products and services, including TIAA’s suite of core annuities (Fixed and Variable)
- Experience with AI (specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering and Generative & Agentic AI)
