Live Oak Bank seeks a Special Assets Officer, SBB, to manage a portfolio of troubled loans and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk and maximize recovery under guidance from the Special Assets Manager.
You will ensure proper servicing and liquidation of credits per SBA regulations and government guarantees while collaborating with credit, legal, and loan servicing teams to minimize losses and protect the bank’s interests.
