Senior Project Manager - Capital Markets & Credit Risk
Position Summary- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and regulatory initiatives across Capital Markets and Credit Risk domains. This role manages end-to-end project delivery, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures successful implementation of business, regulatory, risk, and technology transformation programs. The individual will partner with Front Office, Risk Management, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver complex programs within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Program & Project Management
- Lead large-scale Capital Markets and Credit Risk initiatives from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
- Provide regular project status reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.

- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and executive steering meetings.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions to senior management.
- Establish project governance frameworks and reporting processes.
- Prepare executive dashboards, RAID logs, and program updates.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and regulatory controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of project/program management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets and Credit Risk domains.
- Proven experience delivering regulatory and transformation programs within investment banking or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading operations, and risk management processes.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Prince2 certification.
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70 to $80
. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
