Live Oak Bank is seeking a Special Assets Officer to manage a portfolio of troubled loans, analyze risk, and coordinate workout plans with borrowers. You will partner with credit, legal, and loan servicing teams to protect the Bank’s interests and ensure SBA and conventional lending guidelines are followed.
You’ll prepare quarterly Watch List reports for leadership, identify collateral impairments, and support legal actions under the guidance of the Special Assets Manager.
