Live Oak Bank is seeking a Special Assets Officer, Bankruptcy to manage bankruptcy filings and SBA workout activities within the Special Assets Group.
You will partner with Legal and outside counsel, prepare proofs of claim, monitor cash collateral, and perform financial analysis to estimate loss and recovery timing.
This role requires strong knowledge of Bankruptcy Code, willingness to travel, and the ability to maintain precise loan-level ledgers.
