We’re looking for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer
who loves business. Someone who can think strategically and roll up their sleeves. Someone who gets just as excited about improving a client’s cash flow as they do helping them make a big decision. You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll serve as a financial leader for multiple growing businesses, acting as a true partner to the owner—not just an advisor from a distance.
- Work directly with business owners to understand how their business really operates
- Turnfinancials into clear, actionable insights (not just reports)
- Own cash flow, forecasting, and profitability strategy
- Build and refine KPIs that actually drive behavior and results
- Help clients make decisions around hiring, pricing, expansion, and investment Identify problems early—and help fix them (not just point them out)
- Lead client meetings and be a trusted voice in the room
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure execution matches strategy
- You’ve worked in finance, accounting, or advisory—but always wanted to be closer to the business side
- You enjoy problem-solving more than just reporting
- You’re comfortable switching between big-picture thinking and detailed execution
- You don’t mind getting into the weeds when needed
- You can communicate financial concepts in a way that actually makes sense to business owners You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Someone looking for a purely corporate or siloed CFO role
- Someone who only wants to reviewfinancials, not engage in operations
- Someone uncomfortable with ambiguity, variety, or fast-moving environments
- Strong financial foundation (accounting,FP&A, or similar background)
- Experience with financial statements, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ability to connect numbers to real-world business decisions
- Comfort working across multiple clients or projects
