We’re seeking a Universal Banker I to provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to our customers while supporting the daily operations of our Wilmington branch. • Assist customers promptly, accurately, and professionally in person, through the drive‑thru, by phone, and through written communication
• Accept and process deposits and withdrawals for checking and savings accounts
• Receive and accurately process loan payments
• Transfer funds between customer accounts and place account holds in accordance with Bank policy
• Process cashier’s checks, stop payments, wires, and other customer transactions
• Balance the cash drawer accurately at the end of each business day
• Answer customer questions and complete requested account maintenance
• Review customer documentation for accuracy and route completed documents to the appropriate department
• Explain and promote Bank products and services and make appropriate internal referrals
• Set up and service online banking for new and existing customers
• Assist with vault cash, reports, drawers, incoming mail, and outgoing mail
• Support Universal Bankers, Branch leadership, Senior Banking Officers, and Market leadership as needed
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned to support customers and branch operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous clerical, administrative, cash‑handling, sales, or customer service experience
• Relevant computer skills and the ability to learn banking systems and technology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
