$55,265 - $61,406. Final salary offers will be determined by the candidate's education, relevant experience, internal equity alignment, and departmental budgetary parameters.

The Simulation Operations Specialist supports simulation and instructional faculty in delivering simulation learning opportunities for College of Health and Human Services students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

They assist faculty with planning setups for simulation, including interprofessional simulation experiences, manage the setup and breakdown of simulated environments, prepare manikins and standardized patients for simulations, and maintain technology resources such as manikin maintenance, software for simulators, IV pumps, and medication stations.

The Specialist conducts video and audio recordings during simulation, updates student records in the School of Nursing medical record software database, and works to increase efficiencies in the lab. They communicate with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and community partners and serve as a member of the Simulation Learning Center team.

High school graduation and one year of experience in technology related to the role. Computer coursework may substitute for experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
