We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) to join our team in Wilmington, NC. Responsibilities- Perform administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use, mental health and co-occurring medical conditions.
- Serve as a member of the front desk administrative team that checks in patients, collects co-pays, handles medical records, and processes patient paperwork and data.
- Act as the face of the organization at check-in and check-out, providing excellent customer service to all patients and families visiting the clinic.

This position follows a Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive pay: $14 - 16/hr based on experience for this full-time position.
