Guide safe mobility and recovery efforts, drawing on your expertise to assist with ambulation, repositioning, and fall-prevention practices that keep patients progressing safely;
Ensure accurate, timely documentation of vitals and patient status, contributing reliable information that strengthens communication and supports excellent clinical decision-making;
Foster a calm, supportive environment for patients and families, using your experience to offer reassurance, set expectations, and help others feel grounded during challenging moments
