Recruitment Business Partner

Location: Hybrid – Charlotte, NC or New York, NY

Base Pay Range: $90,000 – $105,000 / year (actual pay based on skills & experience)

As the first recruitment outsourcing provider dedicated solely to this sector, we deliver complex MSP, RPO, and contingent workforce solutions for many of the world’s most respected insurance and financial services organizations. We’re seeking a senior‑level Talent Partner to join our expanding delivery team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner deeply with client stakeholders – including hiring managers, procurement, and workforce planning leaders – to define contingent workforce needs, project scopes, and budget frameworks.
  • Design and deliver sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high‑calibre contract and interim professionals across multiple insurance and financial services disciplines.
  • Own the end‑to‑end contractor lifecycle – from initial talent mapping and screening through onboarding, compliance, and ongoing engagement – ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless contractor experience.
  • Manage and optimize talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long‑term strategic workforce planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, workforce trends, and data‑driven recommendations that influence hiring decisions and resourcing strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate, compliant data in MSP systems and continuously improving delivery processes and service SLAs.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in MSP delivery, RPO, or large‑scale contract recruitment – ideally within insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and confidence to influence senior hiring managers and procurement partners.
  • A service‑driven mindset and track record of delivering against SLAs, compliance requirements, and client expectations in high‑volume or complex delivery environments.
  • Strong operational and process orientation, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with contractor compliance, onboarding, and payroll processes in a managed service or outsourced delivery model.
  • A collaborative approach and commercial awareness, with the desire to contribute to program strategy and continuous improvement.
  • A strategic, stakeholder‑focused role where you’ll have influence over how major MSP programs are shaped and delivered.
