We’rehiring a People & Payroll Manager to own payroll, recruiting coordination, onboarding, compliance, and core HR systems across our company.
This role ensures employees are paid accurately, hiring runs smoothly, and ourpeopleprocesses stay organized and continually improve as we grow.
You’llwork closely with leadership and department managers to support hiring, compensation discussions, and employee lifecycle processes.
In a sentence: Own and continually improve payroll and people systems so employees are supported, managers are equipped, and leadership isn’t pulled into day-to-day HR operations.

- Run payroll accurately and on schedule
- Verifydigitaltimecards, PTO, commissions, and adjustments
- Support leadership with compensation data and raise discussions
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and improvejob descriptions and employee documentation
- Track compliance items such as certifications, paperwork, and personnel files
- Assist with workers’ comp paperwork and unemployment responses
- Serve as first point of contact for routine HR and payroll questions
- Help organize, standardize, and improve HR processes as the company grows
- Prior HR, payroll, or people operations experience required
- Experience processing payroll for a multi-employee organization preferred
- Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating recruiting and working with managers
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Process-minded and able to improve systems, not justmaintainthem
