Human Resources Specialist

Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist for their Wilmington, NC location.

• Provide support to supervisor in the area of planning, implementation, executing and administration most or all of the following human resource functions: hourly employment, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and employee analytics.
• Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
• Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
