DESCRIPTION:

We are currently hiring a Senior Developer, Oracle Solutions to be based in Monroe, North Carolina (suburb of Charlotte, NC). As a Senior Developer, you will develop and support our Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) applications, primarily Manufacturing, Order Management, Supply Chain/Inventory, and Financial modules, by analyzing requirements, creating designs, and developing solutions that further enable our capabilities and effectiveness.

As a Senior Developer, Oracle Solutions you will be instrumental in achieving our application architecture and digital technology strategies, including developing and deploying Oracle EBS application reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions; and ERP implementation and upgrade initiatives

A successful Senior Developer, Oracle Solutions is a thought-leader, problem solver, and is able to use their technical development and Oracle knowledge to effectively handle complex challenges and develop solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) or CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration Framework) objects in Oracle EBS R12 based on business requirements
• Participating and driving the testing process including developing and executing unit tests, supporting QA team with the development of integration and regression tests, witnessing tests and certifying software.
• Understanding requirement scope and elaborating technical design documentation.
• Coordinates changes and bug fixes on various platforms and provide impact analysis.
• Communicating the status of the work, progress and obstacles to the team.
• Works with little to no supervision.
• Provide level 2 and 3 supports for the business problems and systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other computer related major
• At least 3+ to 5 years of experience developing and deploying Oracle EBS application reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions
• At least 3+ to 5 years technical experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL and Unit Testing, Workflow, Open Interfaces and APIs, and BI Publisher
• At least 3+ to 5 years of experience at all stages of project lifecycle, from business requirements and technical definitions to development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), unit testing, impact analysis, and production support
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with an onsite / offshore development model
• Experience leading or participating in at least 2 ERP implementations or upgrades

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications):

• Experience with Oracle database design and concepts of tuning
• Developing in Oracle Application Framework
• Developing with Oracle’s Service Oriented Architecture
