We are the Data Center Network Services team within Cisco IT, supporting network services for Cisco Engineering and business functions worldwide. Our mission is to build the adaptable, agile network of the future using Cisco’s latest networking solutions. We leverage a Dev Ops approach to deploy, monitor, and manage our networks, enabling rapid adaptation to evolving application needs. • Design, develop, test, and deploy new software capabilities for Data Center Networks.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines and engage with internal clients.
• Deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance the client experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with 0‑3 years of experience in building, testing, or deploying scalable network applications.
• Strong programming skills, with expertise in Python and Ansible scripting.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and pipeline setup.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts: data structures, algorithms, object‑oriented programming, distributed systems, and cloud computing.

• Good understanding of Build & Release operations.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops principles and agile practices.
• Commitment to quality‑driven development.
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Domain knowledge of contemporary network technologies, management, and protocols.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA or CCNP) are a plus.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job‑related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. • 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non‑exempt employees.
