Job Description Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation of processes and configuration of lab infrastructure. Including:
Firewalls, Switches, Hosting Servers, Windows and Linux Virtual Machines, Windows Domain. - Routine maintenance of lab infrastructure.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and stability issues.
- Recommend and implement process and system improvements.
- Testing and monitoring of lab infrastructure.
- Work with small teams as part of a large team to deliver quality applications.
- Familiarity with:
Windows Server, Linux, Cisco and Juniper network equipment. - Detail oriented.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Library Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with: CI/CD, Mark Down, Git, Mermaid, vSphere, Hyper-V, Windows Clustering, SSH servers.
- Experience with Windows domain administration, group policies, account administration, patching (WSUS).
- Desire to automate processes to implement routine activities and documentation.
