About The PositionThe Senior Project Manager will drive the delivery of key strategic, complex and diverse projects to support the achievement of the Marketing Sales Digital Transformation strategic objectives. Working with multiple teams across worldwide business units, this individual will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of projects, defining and owning the BMS, organizing and motivating the project team and identifying and delivering solutions.
This position will join us on a hybrid working schedule at our second global HQ in Morrisville, NC and may have a quarterly traveling requirement dependent on project needs.
- Deliver committed business value through solid project planning, complex problem solving and innovative thinking.
- Lead the project portfolio and operations for Marketing Sales Digital Transformation organization.
- Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Lead the project team, drive the key initiatives and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project results.
- Provide clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders at all stages of the project.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team.
- 8+ years of experience driving Marketing or Sales function technology projects.
- 10+ years of Digital Transformation or IT Project Management Experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience driving Marketing or Sales function projects to completion.
- Experience working with end‑to‑end digital transformation (e.g., marketing, B2B sales, procurement, digitalization, IT).
- Experience managing global projects with transformation budgets ranging $5-10M.
- Strong understanding of B2B/Channel sales and marketing processes: lead management, sales pipeline, pricing, customer lifecycle management.
- Experience leading Executive Brief sessions, including compiling report data, generating presentations and facilitating ad‑hoc requests.
- Familiarity and comfort with presentations across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience with PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Office, PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analytics tools:

BI, Tableau. - Solution‑oriented (data‑driven) approach to problem solving.
- Strong written and spoken presence.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones to communicate needs effectively.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements to a project roadmap and deliverables with ROI.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Cultural competency working across Chinese, American, European, Desi and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact.
- Understanding of AI trends in Marketing (digital marketing and transformation, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, personalization, and advanced analytics) and Sales toolsets desired.
- PMP, Scrum Master Certifications a plus.
