Overview of project/skills required

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with strong Microsoft Power Platform skills to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions. This role will focus on automating business processes using UiPath while integrating workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to enhance end-to-end process visibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath solutions (Attended & Unattended)
  • Build and optimize workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
  • Develop Power Automate flows to complement or orchestrate RPA processes
  • Create and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) for automation front ends
  • Integrate UiPath bots with Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure services
  • Implement exception handling, logging, and performance optimization best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
  • Support production bots and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Contribute to automation governance, documentation, and standards
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of UiPath development experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with:
    • UiPath Studio & Orchestrator
    • REFramework
    • API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
    • Power Automate
    • Power Apps
    • Dataverse
  • Experience integrating RPA with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of business process automation (BPA) and RPA best practices
  • Proficiency in  or C# (for UiPath custom logic)
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
