About the Opportunity

As a Technical Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring our technical service team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of technical service professionals
  • Providing training and development opportunities to team members, especially in developing their personal potential
  • Fostering a cohesive team environment
  • Ensuring high‑quality technical support and customer service
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve service processes
  • Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements
  • Handling escalated technical issues and providing solutions
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and technologies
  • Translating technical concepts for customers and team members for educational and mentoring purposes
