Meet the Team

When great technology is paired with strong operational leadership, it can transform how recruiting teams work. Within Cisco’s Join & Connect organization, the Strategy & Operations team helps turn that potential into practical impact—connecting tools, processes, support, and insights to create a more effective talent journey. This team sits close to the day-to-day realities of Talent Acquisition while also helping shape how platforms evolve over time.

It is a place for builders, problem-solvers, and operators who enjoy making complex systems feel more usable, scalable, and effective. For someone who is motivated by leading people, improving technology adoption, and creating better experiences for recruiters and partners, this team offers the chance to make a visible difference.

Your Impact

As the Tech Team Leader, you will lead the strategy, adoption, analytics, and frontline support efforts that enable Phenom to deliver value across J&C. You will provide leadership for a team responsible for translating business needs into support, enablement, and operational execution, helping ensure users can effectively adopt and benefit from the platform. This role will connect platform strategy with day-to-day delivery, balancing long-term improvements with responsive support for evolving needs.

You will help create the structure, focus, and team environment needed to sustain a high-quality experience for recruiters and other users, while also using data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is an opportunity for a leader who enjoys developing teams, improving service delivery, and helping technology adoption succeed at scale.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in technology operations, systems support, product operations, or a related function.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting AI-enabled, talent technology, or enterprise platform solutions in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading adoption, support, or enablement efforts for business-critical technology platforms.
  • Experience using data, user feedback, and operational metrics to improve service delivery, user experience, or platform effectiveness.
  • Experience working across cross-functional stakeholder groups to align support models, priorities, and platform outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, HR technology, or related employee-facing platform environments.
  • Experience leading frontline support or operational teams in fast-changing, high-visibility environments.
  • Experience balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution in platform adoption or service delivery work.
  • Ability to develop team capability, improve ways of working, and create strong partnership across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with platform analytics, change enablement, and user adoption strategies in enterprise environments.
