You will design and deploy scalable data architectures and pipelines to process high‑volume datasets while driving innovation through AI‑driven tools and agents that automate complex workflows. By leading projects from technical design to completion, you will ensure data quality and usability for stakeholders across the organization. You will partner closely with data scientists and business leaders to translate intricate requirements into robust reporting and visualization solutions that link data to business outcomes.

Additionally, you will maintain the integrity and security of our data lake by implementing rigorous validation, threat modeling, and compliance standards. Your work will ultimately optimize the scale, velocity, and reliability of our data deliverables to solve real‑world business problems.

• 7+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4+ years with a Master’s; or 1+ year with a PhD.
• 3+ years of Experience building and managing data architecture for both structured and unstructured data.
• 5+ Years of Proficiency in developing and scaling data pipelines using cloud services and relational databases.
• 3+ years of Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or big‑data techniques for data transformation and cleansing.
• 5+ years of Proficiency in scripting languages and writing functional code with associated unit tests. Snowflake, DBT, Teradata, Oracle, Informatica, Shell Scripting

• Experience designing and deploying AI Agents to automate data pipeline maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of feature engineering to build innovative models for complex business problems.
• Experience with threat modeling for data features and resolving complex compliance issues.
• Ability to build advanced reporting and visualizations that link data insights to business outcomes.
• Strong collaborative skills to guide others on database sources and resolve security or privacy concerns.
