Position Overview

As a Solution Architect within PNC's HR Information Systems organization, you will support one of the Workday modules (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning) and ensure proper configuration and execution within Workday to support the organization’s strategic priorities and business objectives. Your role is based in multiple U.S. locations including Columbus, Cleveland, Houston, Dallas, Downers Grove, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Denver, East Brunswick, or Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for one's Workday module.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize work efforts.
  • Coordinate work efforts with stakeholders and assigned resources.
  • Identify new functionality and enhancements that support stakeholders’ priorities.
  • Stay current on Workday updates, including new features and changes to existing functionality.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience configuring and supporting one major Workday module.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on Workday configuration experience.
Qualifications
  • Business Analysis and Human Capital Management knowledge.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR technology.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, and related tools.
  • Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
  • University or college degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education, certification, and experience.
Compensation

Base Salary: $40,000.00 – $. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual experience.
