Senior Technology Delivery Network Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead process modernization for hardware delivery and spend governance
• Manage and develop a team of individual contributors overseeing enterprise hardware delivery operations
• Collaborate with engineers, technology partners, procurement, and finance teams
• Identify and deliver end-to-end process improvements across hardware intake, spend authorization, and fulfillment
• Review all requests seeking authorization for technology purchases
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for hardware delivery functions
• Ensure strong risk management and security by implementing appropriate controls in hardware provisioning

• 7+ years of experience in technology operations, service delivery, infrastructure operations, or related field
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a technology or operations environment
• Demonstrated success leading operations teams responsible for hardware delivery or IT infrastructure provisioning in a large enterprise environment
• Experience driving process optimization and automation in service delivery workflows
• Strong financial and spend governance acumen
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across business, technology, finance, and vendor management stakeholders
• Familiarity with hardware delivery tools or platforms
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
