- Support and maintain TIAA's Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) platform
- Perform both analysis and hands‑on development activities
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and finance stakeholders
- Define system scope through research and fact‑finding
- Analyze existing system logic within the billing ecosystem
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
- 2 Years of experience in a Technology Related Role
- Experience with Scripting Languages such as Python, JavaScript, or others
- Experience with SQL
