Requirements
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management or Delivery Leadership experience
- Strong experience leading large-scale system implementations or modernization initiatives
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Strong skills in risk management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery planning
- Experience with UAT, implementation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities
- Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and/or MS Project
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
