Job Summary
This hybrid role combines hands‑on technical leadership with architectural responsibilities for designing and delivering Net App Managed Services. The individual will lead technical operations, ensure service excellence, and define strategic architectures for storage, compute, cloud, and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities Technical Lead Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day technical operations for Managed Services, ensuring SLA compliance and ITIL best practices.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across storage, compute, and cloud environments.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction.
- Mentor technical teams and promote knowledge sharing.
- Lead the incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Design end‑to‑end architectures for Managed Services, including storage, compute, cloud, and automation components.
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for service delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance service offerings.
- Create high‑level and detailed solution designs for customer environments.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in all architectural designs.
- Work closely with pre‑sales teams to support solution proposals, MS pricing and customer presentations.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide governance for implementation projects.
- ITIL v4 Certification and practical experience in ITIL‑based service management.
- Deep Net App technical expertise (ONTAP, Storage Grid, Snap Center, Keystone, BlueXP, etc.).
- Compute skills: VMware virtualization and related technologies.
- Cloud skills: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience.
- Automation skills:
Scripting (Power Shell, Python) and frameworks (Ansible). - Customer Support
Experience:
Strong ability to manage escalations and deliver exceptional service. - Architectural Design
Experience:
Proven ability to create scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
- Experience in Managed Services delivery for enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of data protection, disaster recovery, and ransomware resilience solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with multi‑tenancy or Cloud environments.
- TOGAF or similar architecture certification (optional but desirable).
The target salary range for this position is 170, USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance‑Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
