eWe are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enginee r to help deliver innovative AI solutions that improve productivity and engineering efficiency across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, software developers, and business stakeholders to support AI initiatives from concept through deployment and user adoption.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and helping teams successfully integrate AI into their daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to support AI solution delivery throughout the product lifecycle
- Gather, define, document, and communicate business and technical requirements
- Support the implementation of AI use cases using approved enterprise AI tools
- Assist in coordinating AI initiatives across engineering and cross-functional teams
- Create, test, and refine prompts for generative AI applications
- Participate in prompt engineering and prompt optimization to improve AI model performance
- Assist with integrating AI services and models into applications and workflows using APIs
- Develop lightweight prototypes, Python scripts, and workflow automations
- Translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders
- Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and coaching to drive AI adoption across teams
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 1 year of experienc
e in data science, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, or a related field
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Experience writing Python scripts for automation, prototypes, or simple integrations
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating external services into applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, or Zapier
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and vector databases
- Understanding of Agile, Lean, or Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies
- Ability to identify high-value AI use cases and support solution ideation and planning
- Coursework, internships, or hands‑on experience in AI, data science, analytics, or automation projects
