Position SummaryResponsible for the hands‑on management, optimization, and performance of the company’s multi‑location Word Press website. This role executes website updates, SEO implementation, and conversion optimization across approximately 100 franchise locations while partnering with external SEO and web development agencies for advanced technical and development initiatives. The Website & SEO Manager ensures that franchise and national web presence is accurate, optimized, and consistently driving organic traffic and conversions across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities Word Press Website Management (Hands‑On)- Own day‑to‑day management of the Word Press website, including page creation, edits, and optimization
- Build, update, and maintain franchise location pages, service pages, and landing pages
- Manage templates, blocks, menus, internal linking structure, and on‑page SEO elements
- Partner with web development agency to troubleshoot Word Press issues including plugins, themes, page builders, and site performance
- Implement SEO best practices directly within Word Press across all site content
- Manage local business listings in partnership with franchise owners using Yext
- Support scalable local SEO execution across franchise locations
- Partner with content and agency teams to execute SEO recommendations
- Optimize layouts, CTAs, and forms to improve conversion rates
- Support A/B testing initiatives and iterative website improvements
- Own execution and QA of agency deliverables
- Support franchise locations by ensuring accurate, consistent, and optimized online presence
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing
- Hands‑on experience managing Word Press websites in a business environment
- Experience supporting multi‑location or franchise websites
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Word Press multi‑site or page builders
- Conversion rate optimization experience
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile Knowledge
- Experience Partnering with external agencies
- Growth in organic traffic and visibility at the location level
- Improved conversion rates on franchise pages
- Faster turnaround time for website updates and content changes
- Strong technical SEO health site health
