CMMS Planner Coordinator

Position PurposeThe CMMS Planner Coordinator is responsible for planning and scheduling all scheduled preventive maintenance (PM/RM) and asset management system activities, as well as reactive repair activities. The role will provide operational and technical support to the Engineering Services CMMS and operations across client teams, support data updates, query, reporting, compliance functions, and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure no disruption to customer operations, while maximizing equipment reliability and uptime.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Support the National CMMS Manager and Facilities Operations Team.
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the designated CMMS platform.
- Provide high-level support to field and back-office technical processes to ensure seamless service delivery to client operations.
- Manage server and system database operations, maintaining system performance and minimizing operational impact.
- Develop and implement automated operational data reports to deliver performance analysis and projections.
- Support operational analysis of all engineering performance metrics and balance technician and contractor workload to scheduled dates.
- Work with the administrative software platform developer to maximize system capabilities and develop improved features.
- Provide ongoing CMMS system user training to field and back-office operations.
- Provide reporting as needed for clients.
- Monitor financial completion steps tied to the CMMS system (proposals, quotes, order systems, invoicing, budget feed).
- Manage CMMS hardware and software implementation processes for all client portfolios.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service support in a technical environment.
- Experience in supporting field software implementation and building engineering operations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience in CMMS work order and/or purchasing systems.
- Skills in managing data warehouse and mining performance data.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely on a designed schedule.
- Experience supporting outside suppliers and on-site contractors in scheduling, site access, and satisfactory completion processes for clients.
- High degree of customer service for diverse groups (client, project management, procurement, sourcing, external contractors).
- Proficiency in Corrigo Enterprise, Corrigo PRO, Corrigo Customer Portal, and Corrigo Mobile applications.
