- 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with IFS ERP. Strong preference for people with experience in IFS Apps 7.
- Troubleshooting:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the IFS system. - Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and technical teams. - Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues. - ITIL Processes:
Understanding of ITIL processes related to Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management and Problem Management. - Database Concepts:
Knowledge of database systems e.g., Oracle, Knowledge of database concepts and the ability to assist users with data extraction. Experience running update scripts. - Business Acumen:
Understanding of how the IFS system supports business operations. Business Expertise in Manufacturing Processes such as Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Shop Floor Reporting, Material and Resource Planning and experience with specific IFS modules like Finance or Supply Chain. Desirable
Skills: - Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now.
- Experience using Crystal Reports and Power BI to create custom user reports.
- Experience with IFS DOP functionality.
- Understanding of both standard costing and actual costing and the implications in the system.
